Nebraska Named Recipient of Money Follows the Person Demonstration Project

January 12, 2007 - The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid announced this week the first round of grantees for the Money Follows the Person Demonstration Projects. These projects provide additional federal funding for community based services for those currently residing in a nursing home or other qualifying facility. Nine of the seventeen initial grant recipients will serve people with mental illness. For a list of states and target populations, click here.
