The Kim Foundation Welcomes Lana Temple-Plotz

Lana Temple-Plotz has joined The Kim Foundation’s parent company, C&A Industries, Inc. as the Executive Director of Community Relations. Lana’s position includes assisting C&A’s The Kim Foundation and Career Outreach in advancing their initiatives.

Lana comes to C&A from Lutheran Family Services (LFS) where she served as the Director of Children Services, overseeing children's programming in Nebraska, Kansas, and Iowa. While at LFS Lana managed the agency’s foster care, adoption, parenting, and early intervention/prevention programs. Lana was with LFS for 5 years and prior to that worked with Boys Town for 10 years in a variety of positions.
