Catholic Charities, Inc. |
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Omaha began as a formal social
service agency in 1926 to offer relief and rehabilitation to Catholic
families. Since that time, the agency has seen tremendous growth and
today provides its services to individuals and families in need of
assistance regardless of race, creed, or socioeconomic status. Over
70,000 individuals were reached in 2007 through the programs of Catholic
Charities.

comprehensive services and family support to medically fragile,
developmentally delayed, physically challenged, and behaviorally
disordered children and their families by providing services that evoke
maximum potential and foster the development of intellectual and social

not-for-profit, multi-service human care agency with more than 30
locations across Nebraska and locations in Council Bluffs, Iowa and
Wichita, Kansas. |

Nebraska Advocacy Services |
Nebraska Advocacy Services, Inc. (NAS), The Center for Disability
Rights, Law and Advocacy, is a private, non-profit organization
designated by the Governor to protect and advocate for the rights of
Nebraskans with significant physical or mental disabilities. From its
beginning, NAS has promoted the principles of equality,
self-determination, and dignity of persons with disabilities. |

Nebraska Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health |
The Nebraska Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health is
recognized as the state leader in guaranteeing that all children and
families in Nebraska are emotionally, behaviorally, and mentally strong,
are empowered by family driven choices, and are fully honored in their
diversity. |

Parent Training and Information (PTI) Nebraska |
The mission of PTI Nebraska is to provide training, information and
support to parents in Nebraska who have a child, birth through twenty
six years of age, with special needs. Resources are provided for
parents, other family members, school personnel, and others interested.
