The 102nd Legislature, First regular session of the Nebraska Legislature is currently in session.

Hundreds of bills have been introduced and are being assigned the next step in the legislative process, referral to a standing committee for a public hearing to be scheduled. At the hearings citizens are encouraged to express their opinions to committee members.

Additional information and updates of legislative bills that have been introduced and address mental health related issues will be posted as they become available.
