Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week Candlelight Vigil – Lincoln

Join Families Inspiring Families as they recognize Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week Friday, May 9, 2008 at Holmes Lake Park, 70th and Normal Blvd. in Lincoln, Nebraska.

The evening will begin with a barbeque picnic from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by speakers and a candlelight vigil.

The day’s events will recognize children and youth who live with mental health challenges, give families hope, and remember youth who have died by suicide.

The event is open to all youth, families, providers, and community members.
